This month is a reminder to dream big with your career. Are you where you saw yourself headed, or have you settled for a position that does not satisfy your inner self? Life comes at you fast, so no one can blame you if you have taken your eye off the prize. However, this month is offering you the chance to do so! Take ownership of your skills and talents and employ them in a way that will open doors to you and manifest your dream career into reality. Perhaps you feel a long way from achieving your dreams, and that is fine… every journey begins with a single step. Let December be that step!

Taurus – Removing the burden!

For you, Taurus, December will be a time of introspection as you must get serious about admitting the burdens you carry around your career. You have been carrying these burdens for a while, and they have become heavy, and you may feel weary. However, this will only be fully realized if you can take the time to complete things fully. Your spontaneous nature means you bore easily and tend to move on before projects or things are completed! Resist this urge for now, and make completion a priority in December, as this will put you on a really good footing moving into January.

Capricorn – Community and Unity!

December will be a time when you can thrive and make moves in your workplace. The key to making the most of this is unity and community. Co-operation and teamwork are going to be beneficial at this time. Aquarius – Release your inner entrepreneur!

You have all the natural gifts of any great entrepreneur, and you know this. However, you may not employ these gifts all of the time, and it could come from a fear of success. December is a perfect moment of this whole year to embrace this side of yourself. Be strategic in your choices, lean into your natural leadership skills, be money-driven, and view every person you work with or every opportunity you receive as a chance to invest in your career. It is also a great time to start that side hustle you have been thinking about for a long time.

Pisces – Stand your ground!

You may find December to be a time of conflict, arguments, and feud in your working environment. Do not worry, as this will not derail all of the great work you have already achieved. However, to ensure this is the case, you must employ a logical and rational mind and stand firm when the winds start to blow. Being firm in your decisions but making sure this firmness comes from clarity and reason around your choices will ensure that this drama and conflict does not derail your career in any way. The simplest way to do this is to stick to your guns, and be adaptable but unwilling to compromise on what is important to you. Setting boundaries will help with this.
