FROM RACHAEL BONETTI

Influencing Through Setbacks

The ability to influence is one of the most critical weapons an executive assistant needs to have in their arsenal to be successful in their work, day-to-day and their career.

To be able to influence with impact is to understand that sometimes ideas and concepts need space to breathe.

It’s also to be able to choose moments carefully, adjust style as needed and respond with grace when things don’t go your way.

There’s an art to knowing when to press forward with tenacity and when to bide your time for the best results.

Rarely is the steamroller approach the most effective way to earn credibility and trust, respect and importantly, get the buy-in you need.

TOGETHER WITH NATURAL CYCLES

Birth control that works with your body’s natural rhythms

Natural Cycles

Tired of feeling like a walking science experiment with all the hormones and side effects that come with traditional birth control? Natural Cycles has got you covered.

Their app uses advanced technology to identify your fertile days and help you plan or prevent pregnancy the way nature intended.

No weird additives or foreign substances, just you and your natural rhythm. Plus, it’s been certified as a form of contraception in Europe, so you know it’s the real deal.

Why we ❤️ it:

  • Prescription-free, 100% hormone-free, and tailored to fit each individual.
  • Clinical evidence shows that typical usage is 93% effective, while perfect usage is 98% effective.
  • They keep your data private and secure. While some fertility apps make money from selling data for advertising, Natural Cycles never has — and we never will.

Don’t let synthetic hormones rule your life, take control with Natural Cycles

PETS OF THE WEEK

Coco Chanel

Coco Chanel pet of the week

Everyone meet Coco Chanel! According to her human, “she’s a mama’s girl who thinks she’s a dog.

From her owner: “I let the dogs out, she comes running, and squeaks at me when she doesn’t get her way. She’s never meowed, just purrs or squeaks.

As soon as I sit down, she’s in my lap. I go to bed, she lays on my chest. I go the bathroom– you get the idea. She is the tiniest kitty ever, but takes no fluff from any of her 5 brothers and sisters. She will give them a paw across their faces to remind them who’s boss if any of them irritate her. If I’ve not scratched her neck enough, she grabs my hand for more.”

💌 We’re huge pet lovers at The Assist and want to feature a pet each week — fill out this form for your fur baby to be featured!
