AI SKILLS

A glowing purple and pink cube animation is shown against a dark blue background with a play button overlay. The cube appears translucent with illuminated edges, giving it a futuristic, digital look.

Vibe Coding Fundamentals in 33 Minutes

Takeaways:

  • Before you ask AI to build anything, think through your idea in four levels: logical (what are you building?), analytical (what’s the goal?), computational (how should it work?), and procedural (how do you make it exceptional?). The clearer your thinking, the better the AI’s output.
  • Create a Product Requirements Document (PRD) before you start coding. Define the project overview, required skills and technologies, key features, milestones, target audience, and success criteria. A detailed PRD gives AI the context it needs to build what you actually want.
  • Don’t jump straight into building. Spend more time refining your vision upfront. It’s much easier to clarify requirements before development than to rebuild an app halfway through because you realized you weren’t clear about what you wanted.

GUT HEALTH

An advertisement shows a person holding a white probiotic capsule between their fingers against a softly blurred outdoor background. Large text reads, "Your gut knows something you don't," followed by, "The probiotic 15,000+ doctors recommend.”

What If Cravings Aren’t Your Fault?

If you’ve ever felt like you just need more dieting willpower, here’s the truth: cravings aren’t a discipline problem. Believe it or not, cravings start in your gut.

Scientists cracked the gut-GLP-1 connection and turned it into a probiotic called Metabolic Daily. It helps curb cravings and reduce appetite, without changing your diet overnight.

Users report:

  • 91% reported fewer food cravings*
  • 88% saw reduced sugar cravings*
  • 72% felt less fatigue**

29,000+ medical professionals recommend Pendulum’s Metabolic Daily to their patients (that’s saying something).

👉 Try it today and get up to 48% off your first order.

LEADERSHIP

A person with blonde hair and bangs wears over-ear headphones while looking intently at a computer screen. The softly blurred background suggests a home or office workspace.

What Gen Z Wants From Work

Takeaways:

  • They entered the workforce during a pandemic, economic upheaval, and mass layoffs. The hustle skepticism that gets labeled as laziness has a very specific origin story.
  • Purpose and psychological safety move the needle. Gen Z engages more when they understand how their work connects to a bigger mission and feel safe raising ideas, asking questions, and making mistakes.
  • Mental health support is moving from perk to expectation. Younger employees pay attention to whether wellbeing is visible and accessible day-to-day, not just mentioned in a crisis email.

TEAM DYNAMICS

An infographic titled "How To Work With Every Personality Type On Your Team" compares five workplace personality types: The Fast Mover, The Deep Thinker, The Collaborator, The Operator, and The Challenger. Each column explains how they work, where friction appears, and what they need from teammates, with colorful character illustrations above each section.

Five Team Personality Types and How To Work With Each One

Takeaways:

  • Adapting your approach to each personality type often improves performance more than any structural fix. One-size-fits-all management misses most of the team most of the time.
  • Fast Movers and Operators both value autonomy, but it looks different for each. Fast Movers want speed and clear outcomes with minimal process/ Operators do their best work when trusted with real ownership.
  • Deep Thinkers, Collaborators, and Challengers each need a specific environment to deliver. Deep Thinkers need time and context before deciding. Collaborators want to be included early/ Challengers stay engaged when their questions are treated as a genuine contribution.

CAREER VISIBILITY

A split graphic asks, “Is it you or the job?” and shows the same woman at her laptop in three different moods. Small charts labeled with measures such as strengths, energy, and authenticity appear around her, while papers, highlighters, and a coffee cup sit on the desk.

The Free Career Fit Quiz That Tells You Honestly Where You Stand

There’s a specific kind of tired that has nothing to do with hours. You’re hitting your numbers, getting good feedback, keeping up. And still, some nights, you catch yourself doing the math on how many more years of this you have in you.

Pigment built a free career fit quiz around exactly that question. Seven minutes, 26 questions, one honest read on whether you’re still where you should be. Thousands of Fortune 500 professionals have taken it (and we’ve used it here at The Assist, too!).

WORKING MOMS

A nighttime street photo shows two people crossing an intersection, with one person blurred in motion and the other wearing sunglasses and looking toward the camera. White text over the image discusses mothers existing outside the home and ends with the line, "I simply will not buy what they’re selling.”

The Working Mom Truth No One is Saying Out Loud

Takeaways:

  • The life you cultivate for yourself (the adventures, the relationships, the creative work) is the model your kids grow up watching. Guilt has the framing backwards.
  • You’re raising people who will eventually leave. The best preparation for that is watching someone they love build a meaningful life on her own terms.
  • Being a good mother and building a full life for yourself are the same project. This post makes the case for that directly: motherhood expands your world when you let it.
