This little Teacup Chihuahua is Zoe! She will be celebrating her 11th birthday this July. She loves to look sassy in her outfits and has close to 100 and still counting! She was her human’s cheerleader during the COVID lockdown. They had many great conversations and playtimes 😊 We cannot get over how cute she is in her little dress🥺
